RETURN POLICY:
Customer may return any product purchased from Omegaelectronic.com within fourteen (14) days of delivery of the order. Customer may request a replacement product, store credit or refund. 15% restocking fee applied to your return. Shipping cost is non refundable.
Items with manufacturer's defects:
  • For refurbished items please return the defective product and we will promptly ship you a replacement.For brand new items, please return directly to the manufacturer.
  • If you are returning a defective item and do not want a replacement, there will be a 5% processing fee applied to your return.
  • Items returned as defective that are found to not be defective will incur a 15% restocking fee for the returned unit, therefore we suggest contacting the manufacturer as listed in your owners manual for support prior to requesting a return authorization.
  • Refunds will not be issued if a return is made without an RMA number.

    How to return an item:

  • For Customer service or Tech support questions Please E-mail us at Omegaelectronic.com [info@omegaelectronic.com] to notify a defective item and issue a #RMA number.
  • Please have your order number available.
  • Please include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation email, write your #RMA number on it and provide a return reason.
  • Returns must be in like new condition.
  • Returns will not be accepted without all of the original packaging, manuals and accessories.
  • All returnes must be received by Omegaelectronic.com within 14 days from the RMA number issuing date.
  • Refunds will not be issued if a return is made without an RMA number or after 14 days of delivery of the order.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable. *** Please note that all returns that will be shipped without a valid RMA number will be refused and package will go back to the sender.
  • We recommend returns be made via UPS insured freight only. USPS cannot deliver to our location.
  • Omegaelectronic.com accepts no responsibility for loss or damage items in return transit.
  • You are responsible for all freight charges.
    Shipping

    We use UPS to deliver our products to customers. Based in a Los Angeles Distribution Center, UPS Ground can deliver to major Southern California addresses within the next day or and 1-6 days to other locations.
    Please use Time-In-Transit calculation program to estimate the delivery time for UPS Ground.
    You can also specify 2nd Day Air or 3 Day select to meet your delivery requirements.
    You can track your shipments at our web site with the tracking information supplied to you by e-mail.

    Shipping options and prices are quoted on the second checkout screen, and can be viewed prior to entering your credit card number.
    (For customers wishing to ship to an address other than their billing address) Please call the customer service number at the back of your credit card. Have the card issuing bank list your "Ship To" address as a secondary address or have it listed in the comments or notes section of your account. Then please let us know and inform us of the credit card's customer service phone number listed at the back of the credit card. This is for your protection, as only you will be able to add this information to your account. This will prevent someone else from using your credit card to ship to an alternate address.
